Can I collect my order at a pick up point?

Unfortunately, you can’t pick up your parcel at a pick-up point as we do not collaborate with any other agent. However, if you cannot be home at the delivery time, we can leave the parcel outside your door (as long as the delivery does not require a signature or ID check) or change the delivery time. You can also change the delivery method and have your parcel delivered to a Budbee Box instead.
