When will my order arrive?

We will notify you as soon as your delivery is booked. If you choose home delivery, you will get a 1-hour time interval around lunch on the delivery day, and from 5 PM, you will be able to track the driver/bike carrying your package. If you ordered with Budbee Box, you will get an estimated time of arrival, and we will, of course, notify you again once the parcel is ready to be collected
